To shop at Arrak Outdoor you must be at least 18 years of age or have the approval of a parent or guardian.
We send all our shipments with UPS. We pack and send all shipments on the same working day or the following working day after we receive your order. Usually, your order will be delivered to you as customer within 2-5 working days at a cost of 7,9€. You can also take an express shipment to a cost of 12,9€ with 1-2 days delivery.
Any local and custom costs may apply outside EU, this will be charged to you as a customer.
All payments are made with Visa or MasterCard via Klarna bank which is a safe payment method. At Arrak Outdoor we do not save any card details as Klarna bank are handling this information. We also use Paypal as a payment method
If packages are not claimed we charge the customer 15 Euro to cover shipping, return shipping and handling fees.
Return
When you want to return your unused item to us, it must be packed in the original packaging, and all tags attached to the garment must remain intact.

Once you're done, you will receive an email with a return receipt and a shipping label to attach to the package. You will then be able to track your package through notifications sent to your email.

If anything is unclear, we will contact you via email for additional information.
You will then be able to track your package through notifications sent to your email.
Exchanges
For exchanges, place a new order on the website. Then return the item you wish to send back.

Custom Names/Refined Products
Products that have been refined with a custom print or name are considered special products and such products can NOT be returned. Only complaints such as factory errors or similar are accepted as reasons for returns of these products. So please make sure to double check the size before ordering products with custom prints.
At Arrak Outdoor we work actively with protecting your personal information in compliance with the GDPR. Our suppliers such as the payment service have their own GDPR routines that they follow.
